The collection belonged to Roger Baillon, a businessman of transport in the 50s began collecting classic cars with the intention of restoring them and make a museum. Artcurial is the company responsible to auction 60 cars on the Retromobile show in Paris, one of the most important worldwide in terms of classic cars. Talbot Lago, Panhard-Levassor, Hispano-Suiza, Ferrari, Facel Vega, Delahaye, Delage, Bugatti or Auto Union is some of the brands that are represented in this collection. It is expected that the rest of these classic cars reach a set of 12 to 15 million euros. Some of the most striking models are three Talbot Lago T26 bodied by Saoutchik, one of which belonged to King Farouk of Egypt.
